Exchanges only
Fashion Forwardx only accepts exchanges. No refunds. Due to covid -19 we are not accepting and exchanges until further notice.

Customers are responsible for shipping cost on all exchanges. All exchanges must meet the following criteria:

To be eligible for a exchange, You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery... (Please do not return any item without notifying us first via email), your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Items can be exchanged for the same item only but different sizing.  If an item is out of stock you will not be able to exchange.  It must also be in the original packaging (No Exchanges on sale items, promotional or discounted items)  

Price adjustments

Price adjustments are not available on any purchase.


If the criteria isn’t met, you will be ineligible for an exchange and your item will be returned back to you. You are responsible for all shipping cost. Shipping cost are non refundable.  

No changes may be made once an order has been placed... includes size and/or color

Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your order. 

Damaged If you receive a defective item, we will replace it with the same item in the same size of available. If the defective item is sold out, we will issue a full refund. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be exchanged. Promotional, sale/discounted items cannot be exchanged.

 

If you are shipping an item over $75, we suggest you purchase shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If an item is lost or stolen you must contact your local postal office. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or delayed packages.
